Because Trains PNR Status is an independent utility platform, we do not have access to the official government ticketing database.
✅ WE CAN HELP WITH:
Website technical performance issues, reporting page errors, feature suggestions, and general feedback regarding our tracking tools.
❌ WE CAN NOT HELP WITH:
Ticket cancellations, TDR filing, waitlist quota changes, refund inquiries, or official railway complaints. For all booking-related issues, you MUST contact official IRCTC customer care directly. We cannot modify your real-world tickets.
